Getting a good load from an exsisting round

I'm looking to get a load for my .223 using Hornady Vmax and Viht 133.

 

Now if I get the average velocity of say the .223 55gr Hornady VMax round and then using the same case, neck resized, CCI primers, with Viht 133 and again using a 55gr VMax head, and load until I get the same average velocity will I get the same grouping??

 

Sounds to good to be true!!

its unlikly there are so many variables- powder burn rates, crimped cases, canelured bullet heads and what have you, they may go through the crono initially similary, but react totally differently down range. but with your own loads i would be surprised if you couldnt equal or better the factory round.
