Ronin
Just like to say what an ace weekend ive just had at Blair Athol, shooting round 6 of the GB League. Very tricky, switching winds with no flags beyond 300 yds made it a very testing weekend. The craich, as ever was good and there appeared to be no nerves with anyone, despite some awkward moments with sudden drop offs pushing experienced shooters out into the 1's and 2's ....on occasion Hotel was ok, Saturdays meal at the Moulin, very pleasant. Well done to Grant and Dave in the Open Class, some excellent shooting guys. The FTR guys did very well too with some really good shooting. 6mmBR
I heartily agree, a fantastic weekend. As Andy said the lack of wind flags made it very tricky indeed. Thank fully the sun shone all weekend which made it very pleasant to be on the hill. What a superb laugh it was my ribs are still hurting. I won't be able to think about Minnie Mouse in the same light again after Tonys take on things. I'm still pondering the fact also that mermaids also smell of fish :o Can't wait until the Europeans to catch up with all the guys again. Cheers Dave
