bbob Posted March 4, 2012 Report Share Posted March 4, 2012 Im looking at getting a 6BR built in the next few months on my rem 700 .243 action and want it mag fed Has any one tried altering ai .223 polymer mags with good reliable bullet feeding or are there better setups ? baldie Posted March 5, 2012 Report Share Posted March 5, 2012 You dont use the 6mmBr in the 223 mag, you use the .308 magazine. Remingtons are fairly easily converted to 6mmBr, with a few modifications to make them feed/eject reliably. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
