Land to shoot on in Midlands?

Hi all,

 

I have land to shoot on in West Sussex, but I'm finding it hard to travel down and shoot on regular basis due to the 160 mile drive from Warwickshire (As well as having a vegetarian Wife!!) and a busy job.

It's a real shame as there's an abundance of rabbits, foxes and Muntjac!

 

I've door knocked a couple of local farmers, but all are weary due to the usual H&S/don't know me problem.

 

Does anybody know of land in the Midlands which has room for an experienced REME Armourer, or point me in the right direction?

 

Or,

 

Do I accept I can only shoot varmin once every 6-8 weeks when I get to West Sussex?
