B&T will send you a detailed drawing showing dimensions if you email them, very helpful and good to deal with. They're the only mounts I found that didn't have any play in the grooves and that included Badger, ARMS, Nightforce, Burris Extremes. http://www.bt-ag.ch/en/manufacturing/mountingsystems/optical_sight_rings.php?pid=532 show the height as 6.5mm Got a pair of Badger 34mm's here and a quick measure puts these around 7.5mm B&T's available through GMK but order 2 as they come in singles!
