TonyH
I've found references to a "Redding #1 Form Die" in 20 Tac but I do not see it listed in their catalogue, which is puzzling. Anyone clarify this, or recommend another good quality die for forming 20 Tac from .223? Thanks, Tony
6mmBR
I just run a .223 case through a Redding .20TAC full length die. Seems to work just fine. Cheers Dave
Scotch_egg
Dave, What lube do you use? I keep crushing shoulders using my full length die.
TonyH
Dave, What lube do you use? I keep crushing shoulders using my full length die. Good question! But thanks, Dave, be good if I can do without an extra form die... Tony
6mmBR
Dave, What lube do you use? I keep crushing shoulders using my full length die. I use RCBS case lube. Your probably using too much lube and getting hydraulic dents in the shoulders. Lube sparingly and only the case body. Could try Imperial sizing wax. Scotch_egg
I did lube the neck with lee sizing lube. I'll try again with just lubing the body.
