Built by Mr Neil Mckillop.  I purchased this rifle with a view to Fclass Open competitions but unable to find the time with my other shooting interests, FTR, PRL and, sometimes CSR, I offer this rifle for sale.

It is brand new and unshot apart from proof house. The spec is
