  1. I have two f open rifles with tuners I’ve never moved them from zero ones a 300wsm the other is a 7=270 wsm both shoot really well. What I’m interested in what’s the latest thinking wether the tuner is set in front of the crown or behind  it’s on any adjustment?
Mine both sit in front but I’ve noticed the Americans all sat back behind the crown.

  2. Ok I’m not asking how this should be delt with I’m confused as to why there’s so much concern regarding max loads (if the max load doesn’t exceed a loading manual) when the two accidents for want of a better term were caused by loads without powder.

I will add I hope my post comes across in a spirit of sensible debate.

  3. I have tried and tried again to make my auto v2 work but living in an old house the AD scales just won’t work

And yes some one much clever than me has tried and they are having great results but not with mine

im using RCBS 10 10 scales then check again on RCBS 1500 Auto scales and check waits

    its a slow process

im now thinking AD scales but low end I’m mainly reloading for Fclas open so an es of single figures is were I’m going all the time.

  4. So are fed 215. A hotter primer than a fed 210 primer meaning a load that’s perfectly ok would change by using the 215?

I ask as I have both on the shelf I’m using 210s but have the option of using 215 when loading for my 300wsm open rifle the 210s are working ok using RS62 is that a powder that may work better using 215 ?
some friends of mine are weighing primers having experimented with that. I’m  finding there is a difference in weight.

  5. I use the mk1 Drone Pro on my .22 with subs walk and stalk on a windy night it’s devastating off quad sticks I also use a Thermo spotter If it’s not windy Rabits soon run I use the .17hmr from a truck agin with a Drone the best bags are always with the .22 but I can’t stress enough the wind makes all the difference!!

  6. I had a problem a few years back I rang three times and was told different reasons for the delay in the variation. So very calmly I asked for a copy of their official complaints procedure I was then asked would I like to pick my certificate up in the afternoon that same day to which I replied yes please .

    .

i’m pleased to say I’ve never had a problem since.

  7. I just read the NRA magazine and on page 6 there’s the complete two page explanation of how the reloading policies are going to work I think it looks very good and the way forward. How ever I’m interested in others opinions.?

is there a problem I’m missing?

i shoot mainly Fclass open (when I can get the reloading components )and have been reloading for many years different calibres.
