7-270 WSM Need Help!

Hi All!
I am in a load develement for my 7mm-270 WSM.

I have Vithavori N165 and the Sierra 7mm 175gr SMK and she is currently going around 3100 fps with 64.5 grain.

Bolt is not that smooth and i like to run her a bit slower.

What fps should i look for with the 175gr SMK?

Where should i start with the VV n165?
Barrel is a 30” 1/9 twist.

I imagine most would say accuracy is the most important thing.velocity is second.

I have a 7mm saum and launch the 180gr hybrids on N165 and H1000 which shoots very well at 1000yds on both powders.30 inch tube 1 in 9 four groove.your rifle is pushing the 175gr smks 200fps faster than my 60.5gr N165 with 180gr hybrids.ive not tried above that.must be near max.
