T-handle torque wrench

Advice please. Does anyone have any good ideas of  where I might be able to buy a t-handle torque wrench able to develop 80 ft/ins in the UK?  Ebay only lists US suppliers and I don't really want to pay the customs/shipping/vat charges. I don't completely understand torque wrenches yet but I think I'm looking for one that will undo as well as do up!

You might be cheaper buying direct from Fix-it Sticks in the UK - I did this and saved quite a bit. I'm not sure if Sporting Services sell individual Torque Limiters, or just the three-limiter set they advertise.

Just had a look at the kit I bought from Sporting Services only went up to 65 in-lbs but I see that Fix it Sticks in the US advertise that they do one up to 80 in-lbs.

When I bought my kit  from SS they were the cheapest supplier I could find and the kit included 4 torque limiters, 1/2 socket, T handle and a load of bits, I paid £125 delivered.
