shrek Posted September 18, 2009 Report Share Posted September 18, 2009 Well i was gettin all geared up for the midland, positive in my head that it was on the weekend of the 26th, To be informed that its this weekend And since SW Scotland has finally been blessed with some dry weather for the last week, theres still 70 acres of grass still to be buckraked into the pit!! been doing 16hour days for over a week now on 3 different farms, and was really lookin forward to get down to the midland! oh well, theres always next year!! I know, I will get up, get showered, have some breakfast and drive 50 mile to the Midland. I was there at 06:30 and had to sit in the car until 07:30. I got in the show, wandered up and down Gunmakers Row until Norman Clarks opened, bought a OAL gauge and thought "this is ######' boring on my own!" so I went home, back in the front door at 10:25.
