foxhunter Posted August 12, 2007 Report Share Posted August 12, 2007 Had a walk out on Friday evening just to get some fresh air , found this wasps nest that brock had excavated . There was still loads of wasps inside so must have been recent.... Saw a cub in a freshly cut hay field but unfortunataely over my boundary so I watched it for about 20 mins mousing......................very enjoyable to watch !!! Then it was out with the lamp with the farmers 13 year old son , keen as mustard . I told him to be quiet and that I would give him the lamp if I needed to take a shot. First 3 foxes we lamped were not playing ball , in unsafe positions and wouldnt come to a call either. Never mind I eventually did bag one , the young un was over the moon !!!
