Tikka
Due to the impending arrival (Hopefully Baldie!) of my new .243, I advertised my old Tikka T3 .243 for sale, and it sold immediately, with the guy coming to collect it today. So I thought I’d give her a one final outing last night when a ‘keeper friend asked for help. We set out at 9.30pm and I got home at 12.30pm, 8 rounds fired and 8 foxes in the bag, from 70 to 170 yards. The Tikka never missed a beat, performed flawlessly as usual….so why the hell am I selling her??? I just hope and pray that my new rifle is going to be as good as I expect………. cooperman223
I know what you mean, i had an old but dependable 595, nice wood, shot well, i decided to get a new .243 while i had some spare cash, so i bought a Howa 1500 varminter, laminate stock, hevi barrel, got good reports from people that were shooting them. I wish i had never sold my tikka, the howa is OK but just does`nt feel the same.
Guest 308Panther
I have heard of buyers remorse.... In the past I have only parted with 2 fireams that I used on a routine bassis... One was a Walther PPK/S in .380 The other was a Marlin 60 in .22LR.... I wish I had them both back. So I guess there is such a thing as Sellers Remorse..... 308Panther
