foxshooter69
hi all I was wondering if anyone out there could give me some advice regarding the wording of a contract to purchase the deer stalking and rough shooting rights between the land owner and myself, for the the period of one year at a time. regards mark
shrek
Just mention, the starting date and end date of the contract, what firearms (use of shotguns and firearms) will be used on the ground, what game you will be taking eg. Sporting rights will include the taking of game, vermin, deer and waterfowl from the land in question, It just covers you for everything mate, obviously frindly negotiations between yourself and the land owner are key to a good relationship and therefore a good peice of ground to shoot on with as little hassle as possible Also find out from the land owner if he/she would like a share in the quarry taken and if they would object for you to sell to the gamedealer if nessacary (depending on how much ground and species on the ground there is of course!!)
