eldon
I have a 308 VS and like it. Change the trigger for a rifle basix and the rest is good to go. I chopped mine to 24" and screwcut it for a T8 and it does everything I need. I like the stock and it is very hardwearing. Best group 3/8ths, usual and very consistent 5/8ths 4 shot or 5 shot groups. A bit heavy for walking about alot but you get use to it or buy something else to go with it like I did. Had roe, reds and foxes with mine. No issues with anything except if your crawling about the bolt release and safety can get crunchy with grit but I suppose anything can. 44 grains N140 lapua cases 165 sierra 2140 @ 2.820" is my usual load but works well with 150 BTs and sierra 2125's with up to 46 grains. In summary heavy but that can be a bonus, a good solid rifle and I am well pleased with mine.
