maxtich
As the farmer had started to plough one of the fields..I made a start at the crack of dawn, to get there and set up my mobile hide Toyota ( 4x4 ) camo netted. Set up 5 flocked full body crows and a magpie decoys at 30-35 yards. In no particular pattern but leaving a 3 yard gap between them, with a single the Magpie on sentry duty on a small metal spike. It started slow but ended up with 19 crows,5 Jackdaws,3 magpies and 1 wood pigeon. Spent a good 3.5 hours snipping them all ok. Here’s a few pics from inside my hide and the outside. I always leave the feather quarry out for the residents Red kites and Buzzards as farmer’s happy with this arrangement. It was a very satisfying morning session for me Tich
