weather crap,result good

foxshot

Recommended Posts

Although the weather was crap sat night we still had a look out,the first fox came in to the call that fast i didnt have time to get down and get the cross hairs on it he made us and off he went luckily the call stop'd him one more time long enough to send the 50 gr on its way a dog fox,the second was just above the lambing fields sitting in cover no more than a hundred yards away result second fox a vixen ,then off to the next area a few mile away first eyes that were seen were roe three in total then another two in the next field, then finaly a fox but no matter what we done it wouldnt stop, the final fox was again in cover this time some woodland the only shot that was possible was a head shot got rested on a stone wall and squezed off the shot resulting in fox three a dog fox,so not too bad considering the moon was full no wind and the ground was frozen rock hard
