my 223 Remington in an H & S Precision stock with the aluminium insert and a Jewel trigger is for sale. it also has a 0.020" picatinny rail and a Harris 9"-13" bipod. barrel is screwcut but dont know the thread the rifle has not had many rounds through it(300-400) as it was used for a target rifle since i bought it new.

as it is i am looking for £850 but if the original trigger and a different stock are changed back then price is £500.

What rifling twist rate is it?

Dia. at muzzle?

it is a bog standard 26" varmint barrel and is 1-12 twist rate according to Remington. i dont know what dia the barrell is as it is at my RFD in Annan but being a varmint barrel it is the same diameter all along the barrell.

I took this off a site so this might help :

It has a large-diameter muzzle of over 0.800in, quite straight tapered for rigidity, and is threaded with an 18mm/1 thread and protector.

hope this helps.

regards,
