The last ones, I fastened to the back of a 90 and took them for a tow slide down the fields. See where the saying "dead weight" comes from. bigun Posted January 26, 2009 Author Report Share Posted January 26, 2009 they are hard work once there down on the floor ..plus being wet are feet were sinking in the mud had to drag the big one only about 70yrds but that was enough ..the only good thing about shooting a is red is the pay out at the end of it ..give me a fellow deer to do any time they are real easy ..the red deer coats are so thick this time of year that they soon blunt your knife if you dont work from the inside out ..im still very happy though Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
