Hi, been loading my own 100 gr nosler balistic tip s with good sucess, now wanting to make a load for 140gr nosler partitions, been using vit n 150, but been advised to use vit n160 for the heavier bullet as its slower burning can any one help with a start load and max? Thanks!

The Lee book doesn't seem to think that's a great powder for the load, but it's a lot better than v150 so worth a try. v560 is one of the better ones, not that this info helps you a lot!

 

For v-n160 under 140grn bullets it lists 42.2 start and 45.6 grns max with OAL of 3.091
