Warne QD Mounts, replacement screw..

Posting for a friend of mine......I will try to describe it as well as I can....

 

He's lost the large hex head screw that holds the QD lever and by turning that lever the screw threads in, clamping the mount onto the base. Make sense?

 

Where could he get one of these, since he's not keen on spending £70 getting replacement mounts for the sake of one screw!
