Foxshooter Posted November 26, 2016 Report Share Posted November 26, 2016 My renewal forms have just landed on the mat this morning and Ive been told by my FEO I need to reduce my holding of .224 expanding bullets as force protocol seems to be to reduce the hold allowance. Currently mine is pretty good at 1500 but I know he is going to beat me with a stick when he comes calling. Since my .223 is mainly used on the range I can probably lose my stash of 55gr VMax bullets but I cant seem to find a price on line for boxes of 250, only boxes of 100, I don't know if it is acceptable to pro rata the price or not when it comes to selling them? They are .224 55gr VMax #22716 I had heard a rumor that expanding heads were going to be reclassified?? Don't know if this has come to pass or if its still only a rumor. Obviously it would help me no end if these no longer count towards your hold allowance. Ive had to take time out from shooting to sort out my personal life so have lost touch with current events.
