Anschutz 1416 D HB .22LR Walnut stock, 14" barrel

Recommended Posts

Decided to sell my 1416, its only 5 months old and its only been out twice, hence selling. It's in virtually mint condition, not a mark on it that I can find. Always been stored oiled and clean. Cost me £795, willing to let it go for £550. Comes with its original transit box and 10 round magazine.

Incredibly accurate rifle with Eley subs, and well balanced. This is the 14" threaded barrelled version, with a brand new thumbhole walnut stock (pictures don't do it justice). Sling studs have never been fitted, but are supplied.

Specs are here (the 1416 is exactly the same as the 1417)

The only thing I don't like about the rifle is the 10 round mag, its very ammo fussy, however the 5 round mags feed perfectly. Surprisingly for an Anschutz this rifle also ejects very well, so perhaps they've fixed this issue on their later production rifles.
