Aussie Foxer Posted November 2, 2016 Report Share Posted November 2, 2016 Ordered and paid for a Meopta sunshade from these guys on the 9th of October, by the 19th of October I had heard nothing, no shade and no response to my emails enquiring about an eta. Called them on the 19th and was promised my shade would be despatched within 48 hours. It's now November and I have just been told it will be another 3 weeks, I had to call them to find that out. Maybe I've just been unlucky, not responding to emails though just isn't good enough, neither is advertising products that are not in stock. So much so, that I don't generally use it to communicate with them. It is unsatisfactory, particularly when they publish an email address, but from the ones I've spoken to, they get a load of time wasting emails that they can't practically handle without spending a lot of an employees expensive time. Relaxed me when I understood the above and I just ring them instead... You've certainly got a right to be pissed re the bad info they've been giving you re delivery ....
