irishgun Posted August 12, 2008 Report Share Posted August 12, 2008 hi to all iv seen some fine shooting on the very odd fine eve we have had hear over the last few weeks , member jackreddy shot a bunnie at 460 with me last week using a styer pro hunter 243 using 100 gr federal soft points topped with a SB mill dot 4 ,12x50 .i was with his ole lad martin not a member the next eve and i shot a bunnie at 440 using a 243 tikka t3 80gr federal soft points topped with a nightforce nxs 3.5,15x50 mill dot . i better say martin shot a bunnie with 75 in .270 using 130 gr federal soft points topped with a swarovski 4,16x50 TDS 4 at 500 yards ,i was sure he could not see that far,jackreddy and myself a few eve s later had a few shots under 500 no kills we spotted a bunnie at 704 i fired using the last mill dot on my night force ,the first shot landed a small bit low and to the right next shot just missed left did not get hit with a gust ,next shot spot on rabbit kill out right .the killer was the walk up the hill to it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
