tikka3006 Posted August 9, 2008 Report Share Posted August 9, 2008 Been down to Keith's for a thursday and friday stalk, I thought the weather was going to be against us but we caught the best of it. Thursday morning we stalked up to a doe and fawn she was in a small scrub field surrounded by thick edges and a wood we stood there for about 30min hoping that she may pull out a buck, the doe was unaware of us and came as close as 20m as she fed, watching her was a better experience than shooting the buck had it shown. Thursday evening was spent up at britaney's, Keith got bumped by a big buck as we got through the gate to the high seat. Friday morning back to britaney's and got my buck 120m from the High seat, its not the big buck we saw the night befor but it'll do for me.
