Spielvogel pointers Posted April 12, 2016 Report Share Posted April 12, 2016 I use N140 behind a hornady 123g sat 8th off, started at 35g and worked up in half grain increments till I got to the above group but my load is above book max and sorry I've never bothered to chronograph it P's. .. 35g was almost identical to to the load I settled with but as I don't shoot round after round from it I decided to run the hotter load for flatter trajectory Regards SP Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
FGYT Posted April 12, 2016 Report Share Posted April 12, 2016 still load developing at 100yrds on my 16.5" barrel 1:8 6.5x47L using 130 and 140gn Sierra Game Kings 140s are around 2500fps currently havent started the 130s yet should be good to 700yrds so plenty for Deer at 200 etc Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
