Raifuru Posted October 8, 2015 Report Share Posted October 8, 2015 I am sure that when I have previously put in for a 1 for 1 variation there was a question of what rifle you were INTEND of selling or disposing of. Therefore you could keep the gun you were getting rid of and PX it or keep it if the 1 for 1 was refused for any reason. It now asks what you HAVE already sold or disposed of. I am putting it in to go from an HMR to a Hornet and was intending on PXing the gun towards the new one. Given the way the form is worded, that in theory is not possible as I can only do a 1 for 1 if I have already had the gun moved off my ticket? Am I missing something here?
