starting load for rs52

Hi guys do any body now the starting load to work up a load I'm using 87grn vmax in 243 I was using reloader 15 and now changed to rs52 due to price a easy to get

Well looking at the customer data on the website it's slightly variable they give:

80gr Bullet 34.0gr 3068fps

95gr Bullet 35.5gr 3045

95gr Bullet 37.8gr 3074

Quickload gives:

Which I have a hunch is predicting charges that are too hot.

You could load up a string / 1 round each starting at about 34/35gr and run them over a chronograph e.g. 34gr 35 36 37 37.5 38 38.5 39 39.5 40.

Then you will see where you want to be.

It does look like RS52 gives lower pressures for the same charge weight as RL15 so perhaps you could use that knowledge, not that I'm suggesting you just interchange them
