outandabout
Good choice-one of the very best low light hunting scopes...not cheap, but impeccable quality at the price. You are right too-rabbiting is about fairly short range-with a 22rf- maybe zero 50y ,and if lucky you might get a second reference point on the scope thick reticule at some (increasingly unlikely) range beyond that. As you say,you do not want to be fiddling with turrets and focus and mag-'bells and whistles' don't aid shooting-within the limits of the cartridge....and dusk is your friend, with the S&B ....good 'aim and shooting' ! gbal Yes, aim and shoot is more accurate! I'm enjoying the 22, especially with the new scope. The trigger isn't great though. I've ordered a spring/shim kit hoping that it will offer an improvement.
