The zoom ring is the smoothest I have ever used. This is as close as it gets to the prefect stalking scope for the hunter who shoots deer and fox to normal/sensible ranges (hold on fur or just over) It is light, bright and in perfect condition. Wind down to 2.5x in the woods, or up to 10x on the hill for those longer shots. Its low light capabilities are second to none. Zeiss will fit a target elevation turret to this for £175, making it suitable for even longer shots. This is for scope only; not the saddle mount. I dont have the box or papers.
