Couple of questions is this the 0 MOA version, and could you please let me have the dimension from the bottom of the ring to the bottom of the mount

I am looking for something around 12mm

This is the 45 moa sloped version designed to mount the 5-25 or 12-60x56 pm2. the ring height measurement is 18.5 mm

if you are going to mount either of the above scopes the 0, 18 or 28 moa versions of this mount would have to be machined to allow sufficient clearance for the saddle. I had this mount fitted to my surgeon action rifle with a fixed 20 moa and had no problem running out of adjustment for a 100 yard zero.

I have this mount in 28 MOA that I use with a NightForce ATACR. It's mounted onto another 20 MOA base... I believe that your TAC 21 has 20 MOA built in so there's always that to take into account! :-)
