They are Not the Type you have to Screw the legs to Tighten them to hold them in place

They have little clip type things and you Just unclip and legs slide to your required length and

Then you just reclip and they are tight and stay in place, They can Also be used to mount a camera or Bino's.....Allen key and instructions in Pack,
