BRYAN
Hello Folks. I have a Sako 85 stainless laminate in 6.5x55. I took it to the army ranges and really enjoyed it. Trouble is that I don't want to overheat it or mess about with the zero. I have a slot for .308+mod for range use only. So looking at Sako stainless laminate varmint. They do not seem to make the barrel long enough for my liking. I like the idea of buying a good quality factory rifle screwcut and ready to go. Is there anything available that is not Jap or yank? I am in Essex and don't fancy running all over the UK. ATB Bryan.
Shuggy
Tikka T3 or maybe one of the old M55s?
BRYAN
M55 Hmmmmmmm. Could that be tactical medium weight barrel ex Police type of rifle. If so it could be what my Mate has that he offered me over the phone earlier this evening. He could not remember which model. ATB Bryan.
