silpig Posted May 17, 2014 Report Share Posted May 17, 2014 The height of your mounts will also have an affect on what scope you can get away with, as will the length of the scope. That said, 46mm does sound probably about right. I can quite easily take the barrel off mine and it has a 40mm objective (not that I ever do).
