6.5-284 h4350 substitutes?

alright folks,

 

i've always used h4350 in my 6.5-284's. great accuracy and great es....

 

so with me being down to my second last tub, and only being a few hundered rounds into the current tube, i'm looking for some suggestions as a suitable alternative to try.

 

it's a 24" barrel and i shoot 140's

 

any suggestions from first hand experience appreciated

Lovex SO70 (Accurate-4350 as used to be), Ramshot Hunter, maybe Viht N550. IMR-4350 should be available sometime at least this year from what we hear. You can also go a bit slower burning, so IMR-4831, Viht N160 when it becomes available again, N560, and especially N165 which is a popular choice amongst match shooters of the cartridge. Other possibilities are Lovex SO71 (Accurate-3100), maybe Ramshot Magnum.

N165 was my choice for my 6.5x284 with Berger 140vld's. found it more accurate and better velocity then h4350. I,m putting in 55.7g to get 3120fps. Can't remember what the es was.
