Jamie
Hi folks, I was about to order a nice "FEATHERWEIGHT THUMBHOLE TIKKA T3 DETACHABLE BOX MAG FACTORY BARREL CHANNEL" form Boyds when I thought I'd better check the distance of the action screws from centre to centre. The Boyds site states the distance as, "Center to Center of Action Screws: 7 5/32". My rifle is a Tikka T3 Hunter in .223 Remington with the varmint stock. I measured the distance from centre to centre of the action screws and it's just about bang on 7". So where do they get the 5/32" from. My very poor maths skills tell me that's 3.9mm, which is quite a difference! Perhaps I'm being a bit dim here and mis-reading something, so some constructive advice would be appreciated....
