Brad Y
At this point Im looking at starting my coaching career for my club f class team and possibly my state team as well. If people are willing to share their methods/experience that would be really appreciated. Im aware of holding off which we can do well with joystick rests, though some people seem to think winding is the best. When I shoot personally I do a mixture of both depending on the conditions. If the wind/mirage changes direction often I prefer to hold, where if it comes from the same direction I will wind for the mean value and hold off as it picks up/drops off. I know only I can improve my wind reading skills with time behind the spotting scope, but would be great to hear any other techniques people have used.
