gunnery
for any one who is intrested in fitting a evo ftr bipod to a AI spigot I purchased a ftr bipod a couple of days ago and thought I would have a go at a bit of diy so I wanted to use the AI spigot on my AE mk111 rather than use the Anschutz rail to gain getting the bipod near as I could to the end of the barrel for even further stability the swivel bracket which is part of the bipod mounted on top is alloy so I cut a piece of alloy about 3/8" thick and the same length as bracket screwed it onto the top with 4mm x 16 screws and then attached the spigot mount using the same 5mm screws provided with spigot and drilled and tapped spigot onto alloy plate it ended up very sturdy and solid it as now become a very quick release matter of seconds to fit and take off the rifle all in all very happy with results and a very sturdy platform to shoot from I will load picture after
