Benelli M2 Comfortech

I have decided to give pump action a try for practical shotgun and so the Benelli is up for sale.

It is the Benelli M2 with Comfortech stock (RH). It is the 26” FAC 7+1 version.

Included are all the ancillaries that originally came with the gun, that is; a full set of chokes and choke key, a full set of shims and spacers for adjusting the stock and the original manuals.

This has been well looked after; the barrel and bolt has been cleaned after every outing, the whole gun is stripped and cleaned periodically or after getting wet and therefore is in excellent condition. Total round count is no more the 2500 cartridges. I have never had a stoppage using this with normal clay loads, a testament to Benelli’s recoil operated system. Stoppages have only occurred with light 21-gram loads. There is some cosmetic wear that has occurred through normal use; there is slight burring around the ejection port, small area of the finish has worn on the loading gate edges and the finish has worn on the barrel and mag tube where the barrel clamp is located (although this cannot be seen when in situ). The underside of the trigger guard also has marking. Finally the butt pad shows signs of rubbing where it contacts the shoulder but is perfectly sound. Other than these points, the gun is in excellent condition.

I prefer face-to-face transfer. I am prepared to send via RFD at the buyer’s cost.
