223magic Posted November 25, 2013 Report Share Posted November 25, 2013 I am looking to keep my archer as spotting scope ,which is the best doubler lens to fit to improve range I fitted a 3 times PVS 14 mil spec lens to my Archer and it made it brilliant for spotting, I used the metal collar and cut back a bit of the housing to get the lens as close as possible to the Archer lens. I have tried a few other camera type lenses and some c mount lenses but none have come close to the Mil Spec PVS14 lens...................... Regards................
