triple2 Posted May 16, 2013 Report Share Posted May 16, 2013 I have a Sako A7s in .22-250 flavour. I love it to bits but am wondering can it be upgraded like the Tikka s. I would be after a bigger magazine and changing the plate, trigger guard. Its not essential as its a cracking rifle but would like the bigger mag capability. Anyone any pointers Cheers. Simon J Posted May 30, 2013 Report Share Posted May 30, 2013 Bell and Carlson in the USA seem to do an aftermarket stock for it as Beretta USA are offering it as standard on the Tecomate model . Methinks the A7, which was launched in the US a few years ago and designed specifically for that market (which apparently can't abide the Sako inbuilt scope mount), bombed there and they are trying to offload them in Europe. kent Posted May 31, 2013 Report Share Posted May 31, 2013 I though they were just not very cheap, cheaper sakos. Leave as is or sell it a buy something different that gives you what you want IMO.
