Si-Snipe Posted April 9, 2013 Report Share Posted April 9, 2013 Just wondering if its worth looking into. I'm getting my 595 rebarreled into 223 AI. I wonder if it is worth having a recoil lug made and I could bed it into the synthetic stock (which I really like). They are flat based actions anyway so negate the need for recoil lugs. minkstone Posted April 9, 2013 Report Share Posted April 9, 2013 Ask the man doing your re-barrel Si,... think there's a thread on here somewhere showing a custom one piece recoil lug/pillar bedded into a 595......it's on "precision rifle showcase" by Ronin...might just be what your looking for.
