Blackdog
Hi, I have a Mcmillan M40A1 adjustable cheekpiece stock. Does anyone know the type of thread and size for the two thumb screws that secure the cheekpiece please? I would like to replace them with some flush fitting allen screws if possible. Thanks in advance Steve

Thanks in advance Steve Hi Steve, Being a U.S. product the thread size is almost certainly 10-32 UNF (nominal .190" diameter by 32 TPI). If these are not available try 3/16" B.S.F (.1875" diameter by 32 TPI), hope this helps, Alan
