Ratwhiskers Posted September 27, 2012 Report Share Posted September 27, 2012 Batter. 6 oz Plain Flour 2 oz Wholemeal Flour 1 Egg 1/2(ish) Pint Milk Pinch Salt/Pepper Make a thick batter with the above, and allow to stand for at least half an hour. Stuffing/Mix 1 Onion. Red Onion is good but plain will do 1 Red/Yellow Bell Pepper 1 Carrot Slice all the Veg into strips about 1/8 inch thick. Then add to the batter. Optionals 1 Green Chilli 1 Field Mushroom Fry in a hot oiled pan roughly 1/2 inch thick (the batter mix, not the pan you daft fools), turning when lightly browned on first side then cook through to finish. Mix shoulld make 2 or 3 Paratha depending on size of pan. Now where did I put that Madras spice........ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
