Alycidon
Not into 20s yet but Just cartridges might be worth a try, I assume you have already tried Rugby Gun, I find their shop in Nothampton ( Northampton Gun) pretty helpful, they should be able to get some, speak to Gavin. 22-250jock
Hi , Any one know where I can get a hold of some 3inch 20bore cartridges. Have tried all the local supplyers. Thanks Eric. hi eric, just a word of warning on the 36gram 20 bore loads, i go beating on a shoot on the south downs, last week an american team of guns were shooting, one of the team was shooting with a pair of 20 bores, shooting 36gram 4's. at lunch, after 3 drives, he had to change guns and cartridges. 1 gun had sheared of the forend release catch and the other had become so loose it was unsafe to continue using. this was probably after 60 -80 shots just thought i'd mention it in case you're going to be putting a lot of shots through your gun the guy loading said he had a headache so god only knows what the guy shooting felt like
eric
22.250jock. Thanks for the info. I will only be taken one or two shots at the most at any one time as the cartridges will only be used on fox drives or when the corn is cut Eric
