Should be picking up my 223 soon so will need some gear.....question.....I already have a set of 22/250ack competition-bushing neck sizing and bullet seating dies so could I use these for the 223 cases to neck size and seat the bullet heads?

Tony.

Well gentlemen, can I use these or not.

I don't think so.The 22.250 ackley is alot wider case than the .223 case. There for i don't think that a .223 case would centralise properly.

But i think i have got a set of .223 redding comp dies that could be bought for the right money :)

Cheers sean

Tony, no go - completely different case/head sizes. Part of my .223 loading kit, in addition to a Redding die set, was a Lee collett die + seater set, invaluable for truing up case necks. Yours for £15 posted if you want.

Regards, Tony
