Ruger VT mark 3 .204

Hi there any Ruger VT mark 3 in .204 users out there that can give me any advise, I have an Ruger VT which is a 1:12 twist barrel, I normally shoot 39g Blitz Kings which I must say I have great success with, the thing is I would like to shoot some 32g which I have they are Hornaday I believe the load I have been using is ok but I am finding hard to find the correct O-give seating? If anyone is loading for this rifle can you let me know what O-give you use please?
