Has anyone any talely 25 mm medium rings surplus to requirements before I order some.

I don’t see the issue. For the sake of 30 rounds and bit of time I would rather break a barrel in then risk having a rifle that’s going to be a pain in the ass and not be consistent. At the the end of the the day it’s not like your going to make the situation worse by doing it.

Honestly the scales are fantastic. I was throwing and trickling manually while waiting for my v3 to come and it easy. Had gempro before and it took ages to weight powder. But got A and D scales and it was like a breath of fresh air, fast accurate and reliable. Plus you can always add on after

I don't really know what's going on now as turned the scale on left for an hour, to warm up now the glass pan is consistently weighing 899.16
Has your auto trickler come. I thought they where 6-8 weeks minimum.

I gues youve seen this page: https://autotrickler.com/pages/autotrickler-v4
If you really want V4 but don't want to be without in the mean time, I'd stick your name down for a V4 and buy a V3 WITHOUT autothrow as the lead time is only a couple of weeks - using a scoop or cheap Lee powder thrower to chuck the bulk of the charge is still a very efficient way to measure powder.
I was thinking of that as I use a powder thrower then just hand trickle to weight but it’s the hand trickling that drives me insane as my gem pros take ages to settle, hence buying the 120i scales. Could be an option. Can you zero pan then take back off and throw into pan and put it back on scales. Thought I had read some where, it was best to throw in to the pan when it’s sat on the scales and not remove it till required weight was measured

A&D should be here in a couple of weeks,i have a target master with a web cam and tablet great bit of kit ,but i want to upgrade, debating weather to order the V3 and be done with it,or use my Dandy trickler
If you’re ordering a v3 and see if you can get a discount on shipping for 2 as I’m in same position as you and ordered the scales a 2 weeks ago and just considering a v3. Was going to wait for a v4 but could be 6-8 months before getting one of those.

Any chance you can put a parts list up with where you sourced it. I’ve looked at building one before but couldn’t source all the parts. Was thinking of building one on a old press so you raise the cartridge up into coil then it starts time at top of stroke,

I thought you could buy 260 brass nowadays
I had a load of 260 brass that came with gun and thought I’d use 243 so I can keep an eye on what’s what. And gun shop always has 243 in stock

They are Lapua 243 brass necked up to 260. There are definitely there

I wonder if it will cure it’s self as I’ve just just started reaming inside doughnuts out as they have started forming. I’ll try some in the cases I’ve just done. I’ll give it a bash and see if there is a difference and report back. Cheers every one

I’m having problems getting a consistent seat on my 260 with 130 TMK. I’m using redding dies with a VLD stem in it and getting up 10 thou difference with Hornady compactor. Never had a problem with 140 ELDM. Any thoughts. I’ve cleaned them and sat the other stem on the bullet Tip but it looks like it will squash the tip.
