What finish dose the barrel have and dose the mod come with the rifle?

  action number is A6542674
  
  the barrel is vapour blasted but has been painted with kings army military paint matt black. its not as tough as caracoat and could be removed with thinner's if required. the action has not been painted.
  
  the reduced price for rifle and mod is £800, £650 for rifle without mod.
